Vinyl Copolymer Resin for Heat Seal Lacquer

1) TECH - A Vinyl Copolymer Resin with carboxyl modification easily soluble in Ethyl Acetate and other solvents. TECH is a one component resin which can be used to prepare lacquer which can be used for coating on Al Foil and used for sealing PVC substrate.

2) TECP - A Vinyl Copolymer Resin with carboxyl modification easily soluble in Ethyl Acetate and other solvents. TECP is a premium grade resin used for coating on aluminium foil to be sealed against PVC blister substrate. TECP is preferred where high solid coating and higher bond strength is required.

3) TECA - A Vinyl Acrylate Resin with low molecular weight TECA is a Vinyl Chloride Vinyl Acetate Terpolymer with Carboxyl modification and further modified with Methyl-Butyl Acrylate Resin. TECA is used where High solids coating and high bond strength is required.Use of TECA results in low solvent consumption, consequently low VOC and higher speed of coating can be achieved.

4) TEPS - A Vinyl Acrylate Resin which is easily soluble in Ethyl Acetate and other solvents. TEPS is a single component and specially formulated for the preparation of heat seal lacquer suitable for coating onto aluminium foil for sealing PS substrates like dairy lidding, PS food tray and PS blister.

All our above resins comply with FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and 176.170 and can be used for food contact applications.

Vinyl Copolymer Resin for Ink and Coating

1) TEGH - A Vinyl Copolymer Resin used for making gravure inks compatible with EVA and many PU resins .

2) TEGH-PU - A Vinyl Copolymer Resin formulated specially for modifying PU Resin in the preparation of flexo and gravure inks.

3) TEGA - A Vinyl Resin used for making inks, adhesive and paints.

Polyurethane Resin

Trithane PU225 - A film forming Polyurethane Resin with 30% solids compatible with N.C., Vinyls, Maleic & Ketonic Resins for manufacturing solvent based gravure common inks of unique type, for both polyester and BOPP film to achieve excellent lamination strength, adhesion and running properties.

Trithane PU 135 - A Polyurethane Resin with 70% solids used in the preparation of gravure printing inks.

Wetting & Dispersion Agent

Solwet 100 - A proprietary wetting cum dispersing agent to be used with both organic and inorganic pigments in inks & paints.

Solwet 400 - A proprietary wetting cum dispersing agent especially for dispersing carbon.

Adhesion Promotor

Tribond ST 10 - A Titanium Phosphate compound to be used as an adhesion promoter in solvent based printing inks based on Nitrocellulose / Polyurethane or Nitrocellulose / poly amide Resin systems.
